Each product key is intended for activation of the software described on the product page. Customers are responsible for reviewing product details and system requirements before completing a purchase.

2. Digital Delivery Terms

Product keys are sent directly to the email address provided during checkout. Delivery is typically completed within a few hours of payment confirmation. In rare cases, delivery may take longer due to system delays or verification procedures. Customers must ensure that their email address is accurate and accessible.

Once a product key has been delivered, the sale is considered complete. Because digital products cannot be returned or deactivated once issued, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are only considered under the following conditions:

  • The product key was not delivered within a reasonable time frame and the issue was not resolved after contacting our support team.
  • The product key is invalid and cannot be activated, and the issue is verified by our team.

Refunds are not issued for the following reasons:

Product features, updates, and warranty coverage are managed by the original software developers or manufacturers. For help with installation, activation, or troubleshooting, customers must contact the software provider directly. We encourage users to visit the provider’s website for brand-specific support.

All brand names, logos, trademarks, product names, designs, and colors shown on our website belong to their respective owners. These are used strictly for identification and informational purposes. We do not claim ownership or rights over any third-party assets.

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store or access your credit card information. Orders may be subject to verification before delivery. If a payment is flagged or fails, delivery may be delayed until the issue is resolved.
